Community Service
For the 2010-11 school year,
201 families participated in our weekend service projects;
301 High School students joined the Community Service Club, pledging to participate in at least three projects during the year
39% of High School students participated in non-required volunteer projects;
31% of High School students were involved in an ongoing, weekly project;
28% of Junior High students volunteered in after-school projects;
97% of Elementary School students were involved in service projects since these programs are typically done through their individual classes;
41 non-profit agencies were served by the Westminster community;
12 Westminster students were recognized with the President's Volunteer Service Award
