High School

Applicants must submit the following components to be considered for admission for grades 9 - 12:

  • The academic record from the applicant's present school. (Please do not send the transcript request form to Westminster. It is for your current school's use only.)
  • Recommendation from the applicant's school principal or counselor.
  • Recommendation from two (2) of the applicant's classroom teachers. Recommendation forms are required to be filled out by the student's current Math and English teachers.
  • Optional recommendation from the applicant's extracurricular teacher or coach.
  • Results of an on-campus interview.
  • Results of either the fall 2007/ winter 2008 Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) for grades 9-11, or the 2007 PSAT for grades 11 & 12.  

SSAT

You may register for the test at www.ssat.org. Tests should be taken between November 2007 and January 2008, in order to ensure results reporting before the application deadline. Please note that though Westminster is a test site, the Admissions Office is not directly involved with the administering of the test.
