Degree Certificate

The Center for Teaching is committed to exploring and developing partnerships with institutions of higher education that allow faculty to earn a degree certificate for their participation in the Center’s programs. At the present time, the Center is pursuing conversations with local colleges and universities to set up a degree certificate program.

The Center applies for Professional Learning Units (PLU) through the Georgia Department of Education for programs in its Seminar Series and Summer Institute. In this way, educators can earn units towards their certification or their professional development responsibilities at their schools.
