Annual Fund

Westminster is a top-tier school and ranks among the finest independent day schools in the nation. The success of the Annual Fund each year enables the school to offer students an unsurpassed educational experience.  Annual Fund gifts help open students’ minds through dynamic educational programs such as Urban EdVenture, a multi-faceted performing arts department, community service programs, Discovery, and college counseling services. 

Westminster needs annual financial support to maintain the quality of a Westminster education and to ensure the value of a Westminster diploma for years to come. Gifts to the Annual Fund provide current use resources that help defray the cost of tuition.  In fact, the Annual Fund contributes 6% of the school’s operating budget. Although Westminster has a large endowment, most of these generous gifts have been restricted for special purposes by the donors.  Unrestricted and current use gifts to the Annual Fund are very important to meet the school’s most immediate needs.
