    From 1967 -2003, Charlie was a trial lawyer at King & Spalding in Atlanta, where he served on the Policy Committee and also as Chair of the Litigation Department. From 2003-2007, Charlie served as the President and CEO of The Marcus Institute in Atlanta, a non-profit institute which treats children with developmental disabilities and autism. Charlie was one of the original “Atlanta Nine” who promoted Atlanta’s successful bid to host the 1996 Olympics. From 2003-07, he co-chaired the $2.3 billion Capital Campaign for North Carolina for his undergraduate and law school alma mater, the University of North Carolina. From 1996-2000, Charlie served as President of the Atlanta Sports Council and was instrumental in bringing the Super Bowl to Atlanta in 2000. He also served as President of the Atlanta Bar Association and as Senior Warden of All Saints’ Episcopal Church.
    Charlie and his wife, Harriet, are the parents of three children, Charles ’85, Caroline ’87, and Emi ’95, and grandparents of eight grandchildren, three of whom attend Westminster.

    A 1996 graduate of The Westminster Schools, Michael joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in November 2009 as Director of Advancement Operations. Prior to joining Westminster, Michael worked at the accounting firm, Grant Thornton LLP as a Manager in their Business Advisory Services Practice. Michael started his consulting career at KPMG LLP where he worked as a consultant in the firm's Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance practice. Michael and his wife Ivy, a fourth grade teacher at Westminster, enjoy spending time with their 3 year old daughter Cate.

    Hutton is responsible for planning and implementing Westminster's publications including the monthly newsletter, bi-annual magazine, school directory, annual report, and portions of the school's website. She also prepares, researches, and places news stories, including the message points and mission of school. Prior to working at Westminster, Hutton served as President of the Parents Association of The Westminster Schools (PAWS). She and her husband, Bob, are the parents of two Westminster graduates, Laurie and Nancy.

    Nancy is editor of the Westminster Magazine and Newsletter, coordinator of special video projects, and assists with public relations. She has worked at Westminster since 1996. Nancy enjoys cooking, reading, music, and community service. She has two daughters, Katharine ’95 and Meredith ’98.

    Meeghan is the liaison between NAPS, WS, and Westminster alumni and The Westminster Schools. She works to connect the groups through alumni events both on campus (Homecoming, Back-to-School Night, Reunion Weekend, Beyond the Gates) and around the country (alumni events in various cities each year). Meeghan worked in publishing for two years in New York, and then moved to Boston where she began her career in development and alumni relations at Harvard University. Meeghan came back to Atlanta in June 2005 to join the team at Westminster. Meeghan currently lives in Decatur with her husband, Rob ’96.

    Ali joined The Westminster Schools in March 2009 as a Major Gift Officer. In this role, she communicates the funding priorities of Westminster in the hopes of helping supporters reach their philanthropic goals. Prior to joining Westminster, Ali worked in development at The University of Georgia. Earlier in her career, Ali served in development and volunteer management capacities for The U.S. Fund for UNICEF and The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Ali and her husband, Chris, enjoy spending time with their twin boys, Calder and John David, who were born December 2007.

She is the mother of two children, Patrick and Jeanne. Her interests include Chinese brush painting, which she has taught at the Spruill Arts Center in Dunwoody for 16 years, skiing and running.

    As Director of Major Gifts, Nancy works with members of the Westminster community to help them understand the school's current funding priorities and to assist them in reaching their philanthropic goals. Joining the team in July 2008, Nancy brings to Westminster more than 20 years of senior development experience, including serving as Executive Director of Arts and Sciences Development for Emory University, as President and Founder of The Hubbard Group, and as the Director of Development for Trinity School. Nancy spends much of her free time with her grandchildren in Atlanta, Nashville, and Denver.

She is the parent of two Westminster alums, Ellie '04 and Brad '07. In addition to volunteering on numerous Westminster committees as a parent, she served on the Auxiliary Board of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston and is a current member of the Parents Council at the University of Georgia.

Prior to joining Westminster, Catherine worked for Leadership Georgia, a statewide non-profit organization. Catherine moved back to Atlanta in October 2007 after living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for two years.

She is responsible for securing support for the school from both individuals and foundations. Prior to coming to Westminster, Brigitte was a partner in a North Carolina consulting firm and worked with a wide range of clients to help them meet their fundraising goals. She also served on the development staffs of The American Red Cross (Greater Carolinas Chapter) and Davidson College. Brigitte and her husband, Bill, live in Atlanta and have two children.

She and her husband, David, are the parents of Elizabeth, a graduate of the Westminster Class of 2008, and Catherine, a student in the Westminster Class of 2011.

Daisy's interests include running, reading, and traveling on the weekends.
