Two Upper School faculty members recently held exhibits at Poem 88, an art gallery in northeast Atlanta.
Visual Arts teacher Pamela Martinez's exhibit, "an idiosyncratic path toward.....," ran in December and January. Her artwork was a series of drawings based on her observations and recordings of the Holy Spirit.
In January and February, the gallery hosted Visual Arts Department Chair Ben Steele's exhibit, "The Shape of Things to Come." Ben's exhibit is a series of images that imagine a utopian (or dystopian) future borrowing a title from H.G. Wells' book of the same name.
