President Search Process

On November 20, 2024, President Keith Evans announced his plans to retire at the end of the 2025-26 academic year. The Westminster community is immensely grateful for President Evans' leadership throughout his 12-year tenure and looks forward to celebrating his incredible impact over the coming months.

Westminster's Board of Trustees has retained Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A) to support in the search for the School's next President. CS&A is an internationally recognized educational search and consulting firm with extensive knowledge of independent schools and decades of experience successfully guiding schools through searches for heads of school, senior administrators, and faculty. An internal search committee has also been assembled by the Board, which will work closely with CS&A throughout the search process.

The Search Committee is responsible for screening and evaluating President candidates and making a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for Westminster's next President. Search Consultants

Westminster has retained Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A), an internationally recognized education search and recruitment, consulting, and coaching firm, to partner with us in the search for our next President. CS&A brings deep knowledge of independent schools from over 45 years of experience guiding schools through their searches for exceptional heads of school, senior administrators, and faculty. The firm's President Devereaux McClatchey and Senior Consultant Marsha Little will lead the search process.
