CELEBRATING THE BEAUTY AND WONDER OF CHILDHOOD

There is no place quite like Love Hall. Here, the pursuit of academic excellence combines with a commitment to developing the whole child—these are the keys to the success of the Lower School’s educational program. While the School’s interdisciplinary curriculum challenges students to develop academically, daily opportunities to play, innovate, and connect with peers and teachers allow them to grow socially, emotionally, and behaviorally into amazing young learners.

Westminster students arrive in Love Hall knowing that they will experience a day filled with curiosity, joy, and learning. Every day starts with our classroom communities in Morning Meeting, where classmates and teachers connect and prepare for a wonderful day. During the school day, students move from their classrooms to one of our many special area classes, including foreign language, science, design thinking, art, library, music, physical education, and Bible values.

Every day is a new adventure in the Lower School!

Class Schedule

In Love Hall, our schedule provides ample time for longer blocks of time in homeroom as well as a robust offering of special area courses including art, Bible values, design thinking, foreign language, music, p.e., and science. Daily morning meetings and weekly assemblies help us build a sense of community, while special programming days such as Math Day, Field Trips, and Day of Service give students a chance to dive deep and explore a particular area of interest.
