A Note from the Class Reunion Committee

Dear Fellow 1981 Classmates,

It is hard to believe, but it’s true: it’s been almost 45 years since we graduated from Westminster!

Many of us still live in Atlanta today, some of us have travelled or lived all over the world, and some of us no longer have family in Atlanta, but we all experienced the deep bonds of those formative teenage years collectively. We grew up together and share so many memories with each other. While we may choose to forget the days of braces and acne, we cling to recollections of hanging out in The Hut, Friday night football games, or Mardi Gras preparations.

This coming April, we will have the opportunity to once again celebrate the people who make the Class of 1981 such a special group, and we hope you will all be there to join in the festivities.

On Friday, April 24, we will have a Girls' Luncheon and, that evening, the Reunion Kickoff Celebration for all classes on campus, including the Class of ’81 photo on the steps of Pressly Hall, a favorite hangout spot.

Saturday, April 25 will bring more activities on campus, including a time to remember our late classmates, tours of the school’s impressive new facilities, and a picnic lunch in front of Pressly Hall. Saturday evening will be our big Class Party off campus. The only missing ingredient is you! Make your plans now to join us in April. Please come! It won’t be the same without you.
