An Update for the Westminster Community from Emilie Henry

Dear Alumni,

As students have resumed in-person learning on our campus, Westminster’s faculty, staff, and leadership are prioritizing the educational experience at the core of our mission through upholding a variety of safety protocols. Among these protocols is a limit on group gatherings, including the alumni events we cherish. 

So, our alumni events will look different this year. We’ll still celebrate Homecoming, Reunion Weekend, and many other favorites, albeit in some new ways. We will also use digital platforms to try out brand-new events you've said you’d like to see from Westminster, like the interactive Zoom discussion we held with leadership consultant Nick Petrie in early September, “Resilience in Disruptive Times.” I hope you will plan to attend similar events during the year! 

We have so enjoyed having numerous opportunities to spend time with our alumni outside of the Atlanta area in this new digital-first age. No matter where you live, I hope you will take advantage of the ease of our digital events to connect with one another and the rest of the Wildcat Nation.
