Welcome, College Representatives!

Thank you for your interest in visiting Westminster. We offer both in-person and virtual visits. If you would like to schedule a visit, please email Administrative Assistant for College Counseling Shannon Meyring.

In-Person Visits: Representatives are welcome to join us on campus for an in-person visit. As your time allows, a college counselor would be pleased to offer you a brief campus tour and 5-10 minutes to discuss each of our academic and co-curricular programs.

Virtual Zoom Visits: If you would prefer a virtual option, we are offering specific virtual times to engage with Westminster seniors. Each of our virtual visits will allow for 25-minute "live" information sessions presented by your institution and/or representative.

Schedule: Wednesday, September 6, through Friday, November 3

In-Person Visits:

• Monday through Friday
  • 9–9:30 a.m.
  • 2–2:30 p.m.
     
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 11:15–11:45 a.m.
     
• Wednesday
  • 11:30 a.m.–noon

Virtual Visits:

• Monday through Friday
  • 8–8:25 a.m.
     
• Monday through Thursday
  • 3:05–3:30 p.m.

Please note the following dates that we will be out of the office:

• Monday, September 25
• Friday, October 6–Tuesday, October 11

Parking/Directions: We highly recommend entering campus at the front gate. If you use a GPS system, please put 1424 West Paces Ferry Road NW, 30327 as your destination. As you drive onto campus, proceed through the roundabout/rotary, then turn right at the stop sign. After passing Barge Commons on your right, park anywhere in the Parking Deck. We will meet you in the lobby at the main entrance to Barge Commons.

Please note, if traveling northbound on I-75 from Atlanta, your GPS might route you to Moores Mill Rd (exit #254). Please skip that exit and continue north to exit #255, West Paces Ferry Rd/Northside Pkwy. The GPS should then navigate to our front gate.
