Year-End Giving Guidelines
Westminster’s fundraising year ends on June 30. The guidelines below should be followed if you would like to make a gift by the end of the calendar year that complies with IRS regulations.
Please note that the Office for Institutional Advancement will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every weekday through Friday, December 21. Our office will be closed December 24 to 26 for the Christmas holiday. We will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. December 27 and 28.
If you wish to make your year-end contribution in person, please visit us on the third floor of Pressly Hall during the aforementioned hours. Credit card donations by phone also can be made during those hours by calling 404-609-6304.

To be processed this calendar year, credit card gifts sent by mail must be received by the Office for Institutional Advancement by December 29, 2018. Online credit card donations must be received by December 31 at midnight.
Transfer of securities must be executed by your broker and received by our transfer agent by noon on December 28, 2018. Please note that these gifts are not considered complete when instructions are given to brokers as the transfers must be received into Westminster’s stock clearing account by December 28. Please allow three to five business days for electronic transfers to be complete. Our transfer instructions are available here.
