Ways to Give

Your gift to Westminster makes a difference for our students and those whose lives they touch. The Westminster Fund is our top ongoing fundraising priority—and a gift of any size matters! Depending on your philanthropic goals and desired impact, additional giving opportunities are available. We encourage you to speak with your financial advisor about the best method of giving for you.

The Westminster Fund

When you give to The Westminster Fund, you help the School go beyond for young people who care about their communities and the greater world. Your gift, when combined with those from more than 2,500 members of our community each year, makes an exponential impact.

Gifts from an IRA

A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) is an otherwise taxable distribution from an IRA owned by an individual who is age 70½ or older, paid directly from the IRA to a qualified charity. QCDs from an IRA are a popular asset to use when making a gift to Westminster—they enable you to fulfill required minimum distributions and realize important tax benefits while supporting the Westminster experience.

Prior to making a gift from an IRA, please complete this form to notify Westminster of your intent so that we can ensure your gift is processed accordingly. If you or your financial advisor have any questions, please contact Katie Laney at katielaney@westminster.net or at 404-609-6234.
